There were many books I loved this year, but just holding Stephen King’s Revival was like coming home. Even though it wasn’t the best book he’s ever written, it was solidly written, with great characters. No one does it like King. It’s always a joy to hold a book written by one of the great masters. It was a relief to begin a book I could feel relatively certain would be well-edited, strongly written, and well plotted.

I really enjoyed The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. Definitely my favorite read this year! I’m a little upset with myself for not reading it when it first came out!

    Thanks for the giveaway!
