Synopsis 
A City of living Bone towers crumbles to the ground and danger surrounds. Kirit Densira has lost everything she loved the most―her mother, her home, and the skies above. This is the question that finally got to clean my desk, because the simple answer was: EVERYTHING. I’ve just finished a new book, and have just returned from the Hugo Awards and the World Fantasy Convention in Helsinki, Finland and my desk was a pile of receipts, boxes, postcards, ink, journals, piled up mail, a couple of mis-matched socks, and nail polish.
I’m the worst about straightening when I’m in the final throes of a book draft and it had gotten completely out of hand. The pens especially. I love fountain pens and I have a couple of TWSBI pens that are fantastic to fly with (they don’t leak if you carry them nib-up). But that means I have a lot of different inks, and friends send me new inks to try, so those were all over my desk too.
But now it’s clean. Just in time to write a new book!
