Jim Panzee finds nothing to be happy about – ever. He moans that Christmas means nothing to him and not even bananas are ripe so why should everyone be happy at this time of year? He is very good at whining though. All of Jim’s friends try to cheer him up but he can only moan about how horrible things are. Then he starts to notice that there are some good things because his friends aren’t letting him be grumpy – they give him the joy he so desperately needs during the holiday season. This is a super cute read and children don’t even realize that they are learning a lesson about enjoying what you have. It works in a few other holiday traditions like giving gifts and being thankful.

WE literally just finished Grumpy Monkey Freshly Squeezed last night! My daughter was so excited to hear there is a Christmas book. That sneezing oxpecker in this last one got lots of laughs out out of her as did a masquerading stick in the water, lol
